Over the years, the realm of Hospitality has grown beyond leaps and bounds and traversed remarkable avenues which have not only broadened the industry but made it one of the major employment generating sectors of the world. With the increase in travel and tourism, emergence of global tourism- the dynamics of hospitality have changed and generated employment opportunities of diverse nature.

If one nurtures a passion for cooking or baking or loves to style food , this course is made for them. Specially designed for those who think out of the box, the Culinary Degree program provides a wholesome training in all the various avenues of food preparation, plating, presentation and styling. The curriculum of each year is designed by keeping in mind the requirements of the industry, emergent trends in the core areas and competency in terms of employment generation.

Course Objectives
  • To foster a comprehensive understanding of Culinary education.
  • To introduce the student to diverse hues of the global culinary palate.
  • To develop skills for establishing a successful career in the Culinary Industry.

The three year graduate degree program, B.Sc. in Culinary Studies is spread across 3 years, and includes 6 subjects in first year and 4 subjects in second & third year each. The detailed course structure is as follows :

The University welcomes applications from all the aspirants who have completed their Higher Secondary Examination (HSC) in any discipline from any recognised university or an equivalent degree recognised by the University Grants Commission with minimum of 35% marks

  • 10th (SSC) Statement of Marks
  • 12th(HSC) Statement of Marks
  • Photo ID Proof ( PAN card / Passport / Driving License / Election Card )
  • Aadhaar Card
  • 2 Stamp Size photographs(not more than 3 months old)

All the students who wish to take admission in the graduate degree course of B.Sc. in Culinary Studies will be charged a fee of INR 99,000( entire course). The university offers the following options for payment of fees:
