Admission Process

D.Y.Patil university follows an organised structure for carrying out admissions in both the graduate degree programs. The process is student friendly and is designed with the purpose of ensuring hassle free, smooth admissions to the students.

Register
The first step in the admission process is filling up the registration form and paying the registration fees. As you successfully registered and pay fees you will receive an email for login credentials with receipt in attachment.

Enrollment

After login you need to go to profile from top menu to enrol yourself for the course. You will be needed following documents for the enrollment :

10th (SSC) Statement of Marks
●   12th(HSC) Statement of Marks
●   Photo ID Proof (PAN card / Passport / Driving License / Election Card )
●   Aadhaar Card
●   2 Stamp Size photographs(not more than 3 months old)

INSTRUCTIONS
●   Please note that submission of documents does not guarantee admission.
●   The admission will be confirmed only after receipt of fee.
●   The university will verify all the documents that will be submitted by the students.

Payment of Enrollment Fees

D. Y. Patil University accepts the fees through the following modes :

●   The students can pay the fee through the online payment gateway. All major credit cards/debit cards/net banking is accepted for payment of fee.

●   The students can also pay the fee via DD drawn in favour of D. Y. Patil University, Navi Mumbai payable at Mumbai.

●   The students can also pay the fee via NEFT, using following details -

●   The university also offers loan facility to aspiring students. Loans form all major banks of the country are recognised and accepted by the university.

Welcome on Board (Admission Confirmed)

The admission is confirmed after the receipt of enrollment fees and verification of documents by the university. Once the admission is confirmed, the student is generated for the course content. The study material is also dispatched to the shipment address of the candidate after the admission is confirmed.

The university can deny admission to a candidate as per the university protocol.

The admission to both the courses will be carried in two batches . The details of batches are as follows :

Cancellation Policy:
●   Registration fee is not refundable.
●   If a student withdraws admission within 1 month of beginning of session, INR 1,500 will be deducted as adminstrative expenses. The remaining amount will be refunded to the student.
●   It the student withdraws admission after 1 month of beginning of the session, no amount will be refunded back to the student.

Graduation Program

The University welcomes applications from all the aspirants who have completed their Higher Secondary Examination (HSC) in any discipline from any recognised university or an equivalent degree recognised by the University Grants Commission with minimum of 35% marks

All the students who wish to take admission in the graduate degree course of Bachelors in Business Administration(BBA) will be charged a fee of INR 99,000( entire course). The university offers the following options for payment of fees:
